The role of a shipbroker is to find a compromise decision, which would be profitable to each party involved in the transaction.
The commission is paid usually by the Sellers only after the Vessel is delivered from the Sellers to the Buyers and the purchase price is received. The payment is done based on “no cure – no pay”, thus we always are interested in order for the parties to find a compromise in the deal between each other, and supervise the whole process of delivery from Sellers to Buyers.
In order to provide professional and quality service, we daily make market research, update and upkeeping the database of Vessels for sale, receive data about the huge amount of ship prices and ship sale deals all around the world; daily contact a lot of shipowners, potential buyers, chartering brokers, bankers, investment funds, surveyors and other brokers, etc.
